Trứng hấp xúc xích phô mai là món ăn ngon đơn giản, được chế biến bằng lò vi sóng nên thời gian được rút ngắn nhiều hơn là cách hấp trứng truyền thống nhé!
Xúc xúc cá ngừ thái thành những lát mỏng tròn. Cho xúc xúc cá ngừ vào thố sứ. Đập 2 quả trứng cho vào, lắc đều rồi rưới 1 muỗng canh tương cà chua.
Cuối cùng thái nhỏ phô mai Mozzarella rải đều 1 lớp trên mặt. Cho thố trứng vào lò vi sóng, khởi động khoảng 3 phút.
