Rửa sạch sườn. Luộc sườn sơ qua tầm 2-3 phút rồi múc cặn bọt bẩn bỏ đi. Ướp sườn với 3 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm. Để tầm 5-10 phút cho ngấm.
Pha nước sốt chua ngọt: 2 muống canh nước mắm, 2 muỗng canh nước cốt chanh, 2 muỗng canh đường trắng, 2 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm nhuyễn. Trộn đều cho tan đường.
Cho dầu ăn vào chảo. Lấy phần sườn đã ướp chiên qua, lật qua lật lại cho đến khi sườn vàng đều thì đổ nước sốt chua ngọt vào. Dùng muỗng tưới đều lên miếng sườn cho ngấm sốt. Bật nhỏ lửa hơn rồi để tầm 10-15 phút cho sườn ngấm sốt.
