Nhắc đến ẩm thực Ý không thể không nhắc đến mì spaghetti. Một trong những món mình thích nhất là mì Ý thịt viên sốt cà, mình đã làm thử món này ở nhà và khá thành công nên mình sẽ chia sẻ công thức nha.
Trộn đều 2 loại thịt ướp cùng sốt nêm Knorr thịt heo, muối, tiêu, hành tây, tỏi, ngò tây, sữa tươi sau đó vo thành viên tròn vừa ăn. Cho chảo lên bếp cùng dầu ăn và bơ chiên vàng 2 mặt thịt viên.
Cắt hạt lựu hành tây, cà chua. Cho chảo lên bếp cùng dầu ăn và tỏi phi thơm tiếp đến hành tây cà chua xào chín sau đó đổ sốt cà chua đặc nêm các loại gia vị: muối, tiêu, ngò tây, sốt nêm Knorr thịt heo, đường.
Luộc mì Ý cùng nước sôi và dầu ăn vừa mềm vớt ra để ráo sau đó luộc tiếp bằng sữa tươi không đường cho đến khi chín hẳn vớt mì để ráo. Tiếp đến đổ mì vào sốt cùng thịt viên và ngò tây đảo đều cho đến khi hỗn hợp sôi lại và tắt bếp.
Trình bày mì ý sốt cà chua thịt viên ra dĩa, trang trí thêm chút rau mùi, nếu thích thêm vị béo ngậy, có thể cho thêm phô mai sợi. Mì ý sốt cà chua thịt viên khi ăn tạo cảm giác ngon miệng với sốt cà chua chua ngọt nhẹ, thơm lừng, thịt viên mềm, và đặc biệt là sợi mì dai mềm, thơm ngậy mùi sữa tươi, ăn khá lạ miệng và hấp dẫn.
