Cho 180ml sữa tươi, 60ml kem sữa tươi và 4 chiếc bánh oreo vào máy xay sinh tố, thêm 15g đường vào để kem có thêm vị ngọt. Bật máy xay nhuyễn mịn tất cả.
Đặt bánh oreo còn lại vào đều các khuôn. Khi hỗn hợp kem đã mịn thì rót vào những khuôn kem que, bảo quản trong ngăn đông cho đến khi kem đông cứng lại là có thể dùng.
