Cà rốt gọt vỏ, cắt hạt lựu. Đậu Hà Lan rửa sạch. Chần cà rốt và đậu vào nước sôi khoảng 2-3 phút rồi vớt ra, để ráo.
Thịt nguội cắt nhỏ. Phô mai bào nhỏ. Cho trứng vào tô đánh tan đều.
Hành lá và ngò rí rửa sạch, cắt nhỏ.
Phi thơm hành lá với 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn rồi cho đậu và cà rốt vào xào chín tới. Thêm ngò rí vào, đảo đều tay khoảng 1-2 phút rồi cho ra đĩa.
Cho trứng gà, 50ml sữa tươi, 50g phô mai, 1/4 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 1/3 muỗng cà phê muối vào tô lớn. Thêm phần đậu và cà rốt đã xào vào hỗn hợp cùng thịt nguội cắt nhỏ, trộn đều tất cả.
Chuẩn bị một khay nướng có lót sẵn giấy nến, đặt khuôn trái tim lên trên, đổ hỗn hợp trứng rau củ ở trên vào, độ cao tối đa của hỗn hợp là 2 cm. Đem nướng ở 190 độ C trong khoảng 20 phút.
Sau khi chín, dùng mũi dao sắc tách trứng ra khỏi khuôn một cách nhẹ nhàng để tránh vỡ là có thể thưởng thức.
