Might have some troubles at first

The first one I bought, came last Friday. I was excited to use it but that didn't last long since as soon as I entered the pin in my phone it said it was never activated. I called Verizon and Amazon and neither were able to help me. Finally I got ahold of the seller, and at first she didn't believe me but once I explained the situation she became warmer and said she could email me the code the next day. Which, I got and it works great.
